American Drug and Alcohol Diagnostics (ADAD) offers complete Medical Review Officer (MRO) services to prevent “false-positives” and ensure accurate drug test results.

What is a Medical Review Officer?

• A Medical Review Officer is a licensed physician who is trained and federally certified to review and interpret drug test results.  
• The MRO is responsible for reviewing the laboratory results, and making a final determination. 
• The MRO has the authority to determine if a medication or health issue could have an impact on the results. 
• The MRO has the ability to order additional testing, and collaborate with the donor and the donor’s medical provider to ensure confidentiality and accurate reporting.
